As the names suggest, Drum Spells gives you 128 sounds including kicks, snares, hihats, noise, and other abrasive percussive stuff. Tone Spells wave the magic wand for another 128 sounds focusing on strings, leads, basses, pads – and much more. A bewitched collection not for the faint of heart.
Jeanne Artemis aka Dissonant Witchcraft/Catenation is a composer based in Berlin, Germany. From poke commands, mod trackers and modified tape decks, to DIY instruments made from scrap, she now uses Elektron machines exclusively.
