What's your latest purchase & what are your intentions with it? [pics ftw] (Part 2)

SEM filter arrived for the Avalon. The R:OTA filter was feeling a bit over worked, so got it some company to share the acid duties

This one is C33, I think 330 might have been a later model? This is my first foray into medium format, after being very fascinated by my friend’s Hasselblad. I’m excited to dig in. It’s also the nicest camera I’ve had as of yet, it def feels like it’s a step or two up from the consumer grade stuff I’m used to shooting on, time will tell wether that makes any difference to my photos :joy:.

Listen. Mamiya glass is the best kept secret. Loved it to bits. Be careful of light leaks on the seals as they can get gummy. Ive still got my Mamiya book by the infamous Bob Shell.(it lists all the Mamiyas).

I did a little feedback on the Maker Hart Loop 8 mixer after a few days of ownership (see above), What's your latest purchase & what are your intentions with it? [pics ftw] (Part 2) - #4760 by DrOrthogonal

It’s made a huge difference to me in terms of jamming with a few bits of kit. I’ve now got the PT, Polivoks-M and MM2 plugged in along with the metronome output from my Bastl MIDI looper (which I can mute/unmute using the mixer mute as needed). I then output to my mini monitors and Tascam recorder.

If you have only a little space and a mix of stereo 3.5mm and mono 1/4" gear it’s the mutts nuts.

Thanks! Must of missed that… looks like a good alternative / upgrade to a Midiman.

See? I’m totally not Klaus :joy:

Happy to see it arrived! Have fun and let us know what you think of it

I wasn’t home when they tried to deliver last night but I was able to pick it up from the post office on my way to work today. Had some time to play with presets on my lunch break and I’m excited to dig into it more when I get home. First impressions of my first roland boutique, it’s heftier than I expected, feels more like an instrument than toy, which I wasn’t fully expecting and am rather pleased about.

DIGITONE EXPANDER.
It’s obvious the Digitone was designed with this expansion unit in mind  They’re the exact same width.

Goal: expand the Digitone’s polyphony and sound palette. The FB-01 is 8 parts multitimbral, and each part can be panned hard L/R. Percect configuration for the Digitone’s midi sequencer and dual mono input.

A cruiser board and protective gear. Intention is to zip to and from the kindergarden before and after work. And to learn how to Ollie over curbs, hopefully! Haven’t made music since I got this, it’s fun =D

Got two magic toys in the mail yesterday !
The Buchla & Tiptop 245t sequencer: I always wanted to have one of those, I love the 5-step thing and all the weird options.
A good old 80’s UE-405 analog multi-FX from Ibanez !

Both together for a first jam here

Can I ask what month in 2018 you got on the list? This month is exactly 4 years for me.

October 2018 I joined the list.
