Your Setups (Part 2)

Just went to the studio to pick up something and this one just begged to have its picture taken tonight :slightly_smiling_face:. Been getting into the intended workflow with it a bit last few weeks and I’m really happy with the effect it’s having on the final mix!

Amazing. May I ask your camera setup?

Simply just a Sony ZV-1 and a quick edit in lightroom

this is my studio space.

the xena and the kaos pad were added last week, they’ve been very welcome additions and already a great source for resampling.

the octatrack I got earlier in the year and have been loving it.

This setup rules.
201 is kinda quirky but does the segawave d&b thing spot on!

Oh wow, the 201! My first actual synth. Never understood how to use it and hated how the knobs seemed to fly off if you looked at them wrong, but it was fun and sounded big. Really light too, if I remember correctly.

Yeah, all plastic, probably weighs about the same as octatrack. Pots all sweep with very obvious stepped segments, so a lot of live tweak isn’t really possible. It’s got a great sound once you dial it in though, and for price it’s definitely worth the hassle
