What's your TECHNO setup

Little loop with two ultra simple sequences (one step really) through various delays and some Jomox Alphabase flex :

Trying to actively keep it the most minimal I can. I’ve done a version without synths, only delays feedbacking on cranked noise running through the system.

Thanks! I actually made it myself  just bought a miter saw and some wood and made it exactly how I wanted
(Should’ve painted it before packing it full with gear though :stuck_out_tongue:)

Nice stands! How is the Blackhole? What do you run through it?

Thanks! You wouldn’t say so but the stands are self built actually.

The setup revolves around the Rytm as standalone box. To spice things up:

  1. I use the Snare channel for “lead percs” and BT channel for synths and bass samples. I sum those with as passive summing cable into the Elektron Analog Drive. From there into H9, for reverb or delays. Then back into the Rytm external audio inputs (not the sampling inputs).

  2. Rytm main outs go through Blackhole for some last master reverb. From there straight into Bluetooth speaker - as this setup is intended for simple small home gigs.

It’s fun!

Great work man and interesting routing! I bet you already have a few videos on IG, right?

Óne haha! I’ve been too busy consolidating tracks into a set, need that done tomorrow  Plus busy times with work. All my followers are probably lost at the moment staring at an empty smartphone.

I’ve changed sequencer in the modular, got a second complex oscillator, and am more enamoured with the Alphabase each day passing :

Been listening to a lot a fast, fast techno these days so here’s my take on it :

We want a demo!

Do you still have the DFAM?

I still have the DFAM yes, still love it. I’ve recorded a “live set” from home for new york modular society that will be out in March where it features prominently, i’ll post it when it’s out.

@Grumo Thank you ! Yeah the Spanish scene around Pole Group is really good. Norbak/Hayes collective too (from Portugal though).
