it’s a thing that minifreak can do (sort of, you can set an LFO pitch quantization scale but it’s not necessarily the pattern scale) so I wish more synths did this. frankly it’s an incredible and super musical feature but I gather there must be some specific reasons it’s impractical or not worth sacrificing the potential other features to implement it instead.

Steps Per Page (1-16) - Step-edit helper to find the downbeats non-4/4 beats more easily and also overall keep polymetric editing feasible with 256 max steps.
Ofc. this will mean some min-max limits and will not work perfectly for meters that are above 16, also 15 steps per page means max of 240 steps, 14 → 224 etc… but overall editing this way would be so much better for polymetrics if you want to add some variance over multiple bars.
Having diff length for each sub track! For polymetric madness

it is a shame to call such a flex box “sampler”, any update to add some elektron already great sounding synth machine and drum voice(put 8 at once into one 8 voice track,please!), this box would became the best groovebox(workstation) ever, elektron please don play the twin,trinity…production trick any more, please make this one be the only one, and best one, all in one…

Syntakt style ducking trigs on buses would be sweet to get that sidechain ducking effect without needing a compressor. Also excluding the sidechain channel from the master compressor.
A second master fx would be sweet so we can have eg filter and compressor

Cant you do such ducking via the mod envelope? Or is it not available on busses?

What about using a oneshot exponential env with a negative volume amount? and trigging the track whenever you want it to duck?
I’m not sure where you’d route this to, I don’t think the bus tracks have a global volume control though maybe missing it
They dont? I need to check the manual… if so, this made the busses a lot less useful than I thought… Should be in the amp page, if busses have those?

according to the manual, not at my box right now
So busses only have track level, which is not modulatable by LFO… disappointing. In that case, you need to LFO control some effect which can reduce a busses’ level, like a compressor perhaps?

Yeah that might work! Shame to sacrifice an fx slot for that but I’ll try it!

It’s an odd omission. i wonder why ?
It may be a lot to ask, but I would love to see a machine that generates wavetables by animorphing 2 samples together. It would not only be sick but also a much cooler way to give the Tonverk a “synth” without making it a basic VA engine.
