The point of the statement is self evident. They are aware of the frustrations and one can only assume that there will be an update if and when they feel that’s the best thing for them to do. Keep in mind the original release was fraught with setbacks/delays - this overbridge release is for a different group of products and no doubt it’s also very demanding to get right. So you will know when there’s news, It’ll likely come in a new front-page statement here. I don’t think we can second guess what’s behind this, but you can rest assured there’s no lack of awareness and we have to trust it’s in their best interest to play their cards as they see fit. Promises of further future dates seems unlikely, but that’s a guess. I think the post above is right - it’ll be ready when it works and it’ll be out soon after that I’d imagine.
I’d like to see a bit of flexibility on releasing a version of the MK1 devices with new promised features and legacy OB support if the wait will be long as those device OS releases are tied to the newer OB release.
