I’d welcome any change that made this workable, either skip trigs or page length (and its variations). While I don’t need it right now, 5/4 can be very groovy, not distantly related to the Bo Diddley beat (that blues guys call a rumba).
Has to be said though, while elektron have a long standing bug regarding communicating end of pattern over midi, I can’t help feeling this might be a more difficult area to change than some here are considering.
‘My feeling’ remember… I am nowhere near saying ‘it won’t happen’ … but I am saying that since it’s 15 years since 1st request… that there may be reasons it’s been slow to arrive.
