You might want camera kit etc , depends how/if you want to transfer samples to octatrack sdcard
And think about how you might sync / trigger the gear.
Personally I often make stems on iOS then mangle on octatrack

Thanks I am leaning towards AUM my needs are simple and I think it may slightly edge out audiobus.
AUM just purchased !
Thanks.
Got AUM !â
Thanks
good choice on aum! itâs so easy to route stuff there , rozeta suite has a bunch of midi fx thatâll make your aum sessions come to life
Audioshare purchased !
Nice thatâs a selling feature for me
Donât know if it was mentioned but iSpark is free now.
I (like a lot of people) have been watching this one develop for awhile and as of today its finally out. Elektron style sequencer meets modular environment.
Finally itâs here
Ah ha. Now we know whoâs responsible for this mess.
hahaha
Woow the days finally here!!!
Drambo looks cool, hadnât heard of it until now! Launch sale is 30% off too.
Are they one of the first developers to use the phrase parameter locking outside of elektron?
Iâve been beta testing Drambo for a few months. Itâs come a long way. Really good for fans of Elektron, I reckon. Youâll recognise stuff from quite a few machines!
Whatâs the best way to get midi to my ipad? What do most people do?
I use a iConnectivy mio 1x1. Works great!
They have one with both USB and lightning connections but I use an adapter for that part. I have the USB-A one
The only one I see is USB A. So you use a dongle?
Yea usb-a to lightning
I have this which works great, but I donât like that itâs a bit bulky for being simply a MIDI cable : https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/mio--iconnectivity-mio-usb-midi-interface
I think Iâd prefer this, since itâs less bulky: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1279603-REG/ik_multimedia_ip_cable_8pin_in_lightning_to_mini_din_cable.html
And you can get portable interfaces that have MIDI in them as well: https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/U24--zoom-u-24-handy-audio-interface
