With mine I made more beats than I needed then chose the 4 that I felt didn’t match the feel of the tape and didn’t include em.
But my first priority was to listen to what Madlib made with whatever sample I was using because I wanted no similarity with how he flipped it

Certainly for the number of beats it will be, I believe we had a couple of battles where we had 20+ entries a few years ago but it won’t match the amount of individual beats in this one or come close to the collective amount of listening time.
