I just hope we see an update for Digitakt with bug fixes. Iād be that guy at the Elektron booth freaking out because they fixed the pattern change bug. OMG! Itās Here! This is Amazing! Donāt walk past have you guys seen this!? Watch how when I change the pattern here on the Octatrackā¦ BLAM!!! Digitakt does the same thing!!! 
Seriously though, Iād be happy with an update and Overbridge

Last night Juno had 6 digitakts in stock. They have now all disappeared off the site. I am guessing there will be a major digitakt upgrade and they will reappear on juno tomorrow with a price hike!
Up to Ā£700 in most shops. Would need up be something special to make me go near it at that price.

Junoās had stock for ages. You could get them for about 550. They know something is up!
Had a quick look Dawsonās still have the at 595. Other shops are now 699

Always been this price in Norway. I guess the weather makes up for it.
Why would the release of a new machine make DT prices go up though?

Thatās what I am trying to figure out. I have been toying with buying one off juno to free up a few Octatrack tracks but would feel pissed off if I had to pay Ā£150 more for what would be a free software upgrade for the exact same items Juno have in stock.

True. I think Elektron made a statement about the work on the Digitakt OS. They work on itā¦
But to be fair most software and even Videogames usually need a update on Day one.
I miss the days when you could buy a SNES game and play it without the need of downloading and installing a update/bug-fixā¦
I hope the next elektron product will not be like the DT in terms of bugsā¦

I just wish Elektron would bin Overbridge. Iāve tried it several times. It generally worked bar the odd crash but there was always sync issues and it made the hardware feel like a VST which kind of defeats the purpose. Iād rather create my patches and sequences in hardware and record an audio track when Iām ready rather than fill my desktop space in front of my computer with my Elektron boxes.
