I’m in NZ. Just ordered one direct from Elektron. Why not?
(Oh hang on do you guys have different rules about buying stuff online?)
When I spoke to Store DJ a couple of weeks ago they said the date had been revised to “late June” for people who are in the first pre-order batch. I was originally told I could pick up on May 10 or shortly after! 
Unfortunately Elektron does not accept direct orders from Australian customers.
Only for the actual hardware, not accessories. I’ve bought the plastic covers directly from the store in the past… and it’s actually worked out cheaper than going through storedj (~$60 vs. $99).
Yeah sux we are forced to buy locally.
I’m all for supporting local business but not good when we have to wait a month longer AND pay much more. Bought my first Elektron years back direct from Elektron, saved time and money, but not possible now unfortunately
Heya, had word that the digitakts are soon to be shipped via air to Australian wholesaler (ie between today and Friday) and should be in store next week or at latest early the week after

Called StoreDJ and they too confirmed that they are waiting for shipment any day now (revised from their last information of late June) so fingers crossed it happens!

store dj today said still ‘on the water, to be available end of june’ … they have been allocated 40 units … I want to believe it will be earlier
The Digitakt could arrive on our doorsteps within three months, cool, time to party!

lol “any day now” means “within two months”.
StoreDJ is great, but they tend to be a bit bad with preorder predictions… I understand that it’s not their fault though.
Ah well I bought a Sp404SX last night as Im sick of waiting, hopefully it works nicely with the digitakt
