the lil new graphics everywhere! MD vibes

new list of machines within categories, lovely stuff

i have been hoping for some kind of euclidean sequencing and some sort of additional (boolean) logic for a long time. that plus the new machines and calibration make this a dream groovebox for me. incredible work guys

made my day

I’ve never really thought about it before as it seemed unlikely i’d spend 1400 quid on one… But is a Rytm basically a Digitakt that doesn’t sample, with an analog drum machine bolted to it?

And only as many MIDI tracks as you want to give up drum tracks?

Or are there load of things a DT does that the Rytm doesn’t?

omg those Maschines - 2,5 hour to wait calibration omg cant wait lol

Has the Overbridge routing bug been fixed? I couldn’t tell from the release notes.

Crazy update! While I only owned an AR MKII for a day (trig LEDs were messed up and I returned it), the one thing I really wanted on it was a base width filter for the samples side of things. I was going to sell my DT and use the AR for all of the amazing performance features but the lack of that filter meant that I couldn’t sculpt the sample directly on the device. Everything had to be done elsewhere and imported. It made it hard to get things to sit well together. I understand that you can’t put a base width filter on the analog side of things but I would’ve thought this could be done on the sample side.

This is still an absolutely amazing update!! Curious what other goodies might be in the works for the other devices!
