I only bought mine over the weekend and got the serial about 1 hour ago. Might be a complex legacy thing? Iâve owned Ableton for a long time so they might prioritize long-term users. Or it could just be a random number generator.
PST region too (only a few miles from Abletonâs US HQ but that shouldnât matter.)
Sitting here, downloading a ton of packs from their site, I wish they would implement some kind of system where you could download it directly from within ableton. Feels cumbersome and old school to download 25 packs of stuff, then manually installing them, then deleting the files.
Edit: Then I thought about it for a couple of minutes and realised, I donât actually know if this isnât implemented. Lo and behold, browser -> packs. Whining about nothing.

No proof, but I think the licenses might have been issued âfirst in, first outâ according to orders placed. Just basing that on other people in the US getting their much earlier than mine. I got mine late afternoon around 4pm, but I think I ordered a week or two after 11 was announced. In any case, itâs here! Time to play for a bit.
Love the new Contrast rework. (not only for sure but no one really talk about the contrast so)

Hmm, my Beta still works. Wonder how long that will last.
I am. My card is maxed right now so I have to wait until Friday. I think I spent myself into the same corner for the Ableton 10 upgrade too! Thankful for the extra few days to shore things up

Your Live 11 beta serial numbers will be deactivated on February 23. As of this day, you wonât be able to authorize your Live 11.0b30 or previous Live 11 beta versions anymore - but the version currently authorized and running on your system still keeps running for a while.
