You located inside the EU? If so, where’d you buy those extra knobs for the DFAM?
I’m in Switzerland (not EU) and I ordered mine from Thonk. They are pretty cheap so there’s nothing really to worry about regarding taxes etc.

I actually bought the dfam used (just the module) and it came with those knob upgrades. Pretty helpful considering how touchy the controls on it are
Yeah no kidding, it’s a bit of a nightmare trying to tune them. I guess I’ll have to order them from Thonk, although I was originally going to punish the brits a bit for leaving us.

I use the DFAM only for drums and weird percussive/dissonant tones. I tend to wonder if a quantizer would open up its potential as a pitched synth

Yeah, me too but I’ve been thinking about using it for arpeggios too, which would mean tuning. I did see a video of someone using a beatstep pro to play melodies on it, looked pretty dope. I only have a keystep however and don’t know if the beatstep has different CV outs.
What stand is the gear on? I need something like that 
I always wanted to get my hands on one of the CIJs but could never get myself to pull the trigger.

Not yet - I’ve had the A4 awhile but the DFAM is relatively new and the tape machine is brand new. Sold a model:samples and some drum stuff to buy what I have now. Finishing polishing up an EP with this setup this week. However, in the name of self-promotion lol, I did put out this most recent EP a few months ago.

No new gear for once but an ergonomic shuffle. OT and Rytm front and centre for arranging full tracks. Everything else running through a mixer for auditioning sounds, eq & levelling - sampled into the OT from mixer auxes when I hear something I like.
