I dig ATP and Startalk, other than that I’ve never really listened to much else or had anything stick. I don’t really have long commutes or anything I need to get through, and when I’m listening it’s usually tunes. Will have to suss out a few recommendations here at some stage though. I’ve wound up as a bit of a YouTube whore these days with it on my TV and everything, and I’ll mainly tune into Chillhop or Dubtechno live podcasts in a regular basis. I’ve kinda got my blinkers on for everything else, for ages I just watched every episode of The Camera Store TV’s show about digital cameras

One of my favorite podcasts is made by Edmx / DMX Krew, 2008-2012. He is going through music (very differing genres, but mostly electronic) which inspired him and giving funny and excellent comments, while informing on his and the music‘s background history. Blast from the past!
Not sure what I expected but this was not what I expected… 
Super chill guy, starts slow and it’s long, but quite interesting if you let it roll, maybe while your doing chores or something…
Part that got me was talk of 30,000 hours plus of practice/experience to become a master of one’s craft, in any field. Good stuff…

How much does VH come up? Sort of a die-hard and happy to wade through other absurdities to get any little nugget, even if that means listening to Joe Rogan talk.
Haha… I never thought I’d like Rogan but I do… To me he’s a sort of bridge between mainstream and alternative culture, the masses listen to him and he’s open minded enough to bring things to folks attention that they otherwise might not, and they trust him…
Talk about music an VH is more in the middle somewhere, but it’s not the main theme of the talk. I liked just listening to Roth, his personality is revealed over the interview an he’s super chill, there are some nuggets here and there…

Jamie Lidell’s Hanging out with Audiophiles is mostly really interesting, he interviews some really interesting people and talks about their experiences, process, tips and tricks (plus, I like Jamie, which helps when he end up going into a rambling digression). He also aways has a “nitty gritty” section atthe start where he delves into an interesting sound/design/studio technique. It’s pretty cool.

There are a few music-related ones, too, that I can’t remember because I don’t have my iPhone to hand… One was a series of conversations between bands and their producers, revisiting the making of their albums.
Rogan kicks ass. His connection/involvement in the IDW makes total sense and just how open he is to whatever is great. Extremely high in openness, that man.
Bill Burr’s podcast is hilarious. He basically rambles into a microphone about whatever for an hour or so. He’s just constantly funny.
The latest Hanging Out With Audiophiles (Edition 58) has an interview with Matt Black of Coldcut as well as the distinctive elektro stylings of Elektronauts’ very own @AdamJay:

Looking for recommendations, haven’t been in the podcast game for a long long time, is it still even relevant?
Anyway, I used to love the Erol Alkan and also the Tiga 6mixes and haven’t found anything that blurs the lines quite so well since, I used to genuinely look forward to sitting and down listening to them live. The closest I’ve got is Tim Sweeneys BIS mixes, close but no cigar, doesn’t quite satisfy the urge for some rough and ready indie/rock/weird electronic/techno, a bit too nice.
