For some reason I always seem to come back to the Digitakt… It’s almost the perfect machine for me. I love the UI and the sound is so clear and well defined.
This one is DT only except the rides toward the end which I added in Ableton. Cheating, I know. I guess this is an attempt at uplifting deep house ala Soundstream.

love that main lead sound, how it drifts from the tempo - is that an lfo or did you parameter-locked the length, something like that…?
Thanks! It’s an organ sample that I’ve looped. So when the pitch changes, it loops in a different tempo. And then there’s also a square LFO on sample length that modulates it in a similar way.

My humble Digitakt-only ambient live session. Piano recorded on tape loops and then sampled to Digi on half and normal speed. Drums sampled from Mfb Tanzbär.
