i was buy a syntakt but i thing the man before me have delete all files …
how can i reload prest factory (sounds preset) ? thx !!!
Try a factory reset, hold down func while you start the machine then choose the option for reset. If the preset sounds are no longer on the machine even after the reset, then start your Elektron account by registering on https://www.elektron.se/ then use the support tab to open a ticket.
When you contact support, tell them that you bought your syntakt and it doesn’t have the factory sounds installed, someone there will be able to send you the files.

factory sounds should be embedded on Elektron synthesis devices, no need to contact support to restore what will be recoverable from within the device
