But my earliest surviving recording is a cassette from 1996. I had a toy tape recorder and me and my pal and his neighbour recorded a bunch of sounds from his mum’s Mac, we were 8. Only gonna post a short clip because the whole tape is basically sound effects with us talking inaudibly in the background, I keep meaning to sample it
