Ha - I am sooooo guilty of that!! My cheap-o printer still has the screen protector plastic on it years later…
Box has been opened and I hooked it up for some preliminary tests. At first I thought it was DOA and I almost had a heart attack until I realized that in my excitement (have wanted one of these for YEARS) I hadn’t turned the mixer power on! 
It appears to have survived FedEx and all is well lol

Upgrading my monitors. I’ve been on the Neumann KH310s for over a decade. Love them, but recently have been feeling like they’ve become the weakest link in my chain. Wanted something that offered more low end extension but also want to avoid ported speakers. After a bunch of research (and a great Black Friday deal) I went for the Ex Machina Quasar mk2’s. Should arrive next week. Beyond excited for them.

These mini-pcs are great. Got a couple of ASUS NUCs and a MacMini at work, and they are super silent, yet powerful enough to run most tasks I need.

i’m a big fan of machines in this form factor.
going to upgrade Mac Mini as well a bit later – i currently use M1-based but want M4-based.

I do a fair bit of mastering. Not enough to pay the bills, but enough that my mastering rig has paid for itself.

If you look at this picture, the cursor is 2 lines below what I’m writing. Weird.
