It’s basically brand new. The power supply has its original cable ties and the box still has the sticker pack.
Intentions are to take a break from the iPad and disappear down a new rabbit hole. I may be gone for some time…

What’s you pedal chain and power arrangement look like for it?
I mean to get chippy! This thing just looked so fun and weird that I had to. Gave it a diddle with headphones last night and I think I made the right move. I’ll probably start recording some loops from it very soon.
Nord Drum 3P + stand bought here from @Skurdd - intention: adding new sounds to my acoustic percussion setup…
Persian santur. Not very fun to tune but planning to run it thru the OT and make yogamusic. Got a zurna too but my family and animals hates me when I practice.
These are such cool, quirky grooveboxes. One of these popped up in my area years ago for $125. It has some busted knobs, so I passed on it. I’ve always sort of regretted that. Enjoy!
yeah they’re usually $250-ish and I couldn’t pass one up for $185, in excellent condition. I’ve wanted one ever since they first came out and never got one for some reason. I have no real need for it, and can likely make similar sounds with other machines. but I love picking up quirky machines and knowing that someday they’ll be the absolute perfect box for something.
the day has finally arrived.
I bought these screens something like…8+ years ago. killed my MD once trying to do the replacement on my own. AND with the approval of NGNY, I finally got it done! I just had to pay for the service.
they look SO GOOD…AND I can see the MD screen now. my eyes did not werk with the red.
thanks to Nightlife Electronics in Vancouver. they did an amazing job!
Sexy.
In hindsight, shoulda bought a monomachine when all three machines were on sale years ago, on the old website. When it was still cool.
The best time to buy a Monomachine was ten years ago. The next best time is today.
Fresh!
intentions: sampling percussion and other synths. always multiple samples for round robin.
that is not my appartment, i’m currently in finland.
Intention: second or third attempt with a Big Muff, this time for 90s shoegaze kind of stuff.
It’s great and so much better in my rig than any demos I heard. It was between this or the Ram’s Head but after learning the often suggested Keeley Loomer’s fuzz is based on an op-amp muff, I figured it would work well running reverb before it and it’s so good.
WMD PM channels expander with WMD performance mixer as I needed more mixing capabilities in my 14u case and WMD SSF Blender XFader module. Love the improved workflow now.
I have the Op Orange version that gets me Smashing Pumpkins tones
Oh, we all thought it was.
Wrong thread. This should go in the Intoxicated hangout thread.
