Started watching it. Overall it’s a great show, looking forward to next episodes.
The Chair Company is only show in quite some time I find remotely interesting.
Romantic but very good (if you know what I mean):
One Day
Too Much
The New Years (Los Años Nuevos)
I don’t know what to think about El refugio atómico (Billionaires’ Bunker).
…since i cut out all eye streamingfarm subscriptions exept apple tv, i can happily report what i’m binging lately…
“remnick” is plotting around an alaska community troubled by a crashlanded plane full of heavy prisioners walking raw nature free out in the dark and cold…
and A24’s “sunny” is nothing but a modern masterpiece…
It is November 2025 and I’m still angry they not only canceled Raised by Wolves but also completely removed it from any streaming service and you can’t buy it anywhere. (yes I have both seasons because you can find things on the internet)
this is not a reccomendation … but theres a ‘car crash’ sort of tone to it … its so bad …
All’s Well.
the kim kardashian , women empowerment, ‘you go girl’ … it obviously cost a lot of money for all that product placement … cars, hotels, airbnb’s, handbags, dresses, clothing, … its fascinating how bad it is , i think everyone in hollywood is an exec producer on it… they shouldve spent it on script / storyline / screenplay / focus testing and ultimately not bothered,
genuinely a new low in bad tv. … its worth watching …
If youdo watch it… cleanse yourself with the Australian version of Ghosts.… i prefer the uk version, the usa version is a bit… … well… .The australian version has different cultural cliche’s (although not the very obvious one that I’d expect for an australian show) … watchable.
My Favorite tv shows are
Dark Winds
Carmen Sandiego
She-Ra
Euphoria
1923
Anne with an E
Yellowstone
Chicas del cabee
Downtown Abbey
Heartland
Pluribus starts today, who’s with me? ![]()
Watching the first episode to take a break from Slow Horses
Yep it’s timely for me, big Gilligan fan, and rhea seahorn, criminally underrated in better call Saul…
Gilligan and Seahorn are both great! Hopefully there’ll be some cameos from the Breaking Bad universe
Just got through the first 2 eps of pluribus, new fav show, rhea seahorn is great, love the concept too, duality, free will, existential crises, apple are hitting for the bleachers with these shows lately…
It’d be weird if characters from breaking bad appeared … unless I missed the storyline where
spoiler
they all became a collective consciousness and mass Produced meth ?
But I did avoid most of the middle seasons and skipped to the end .
Disappointed by this latest Slow Horses. It’s missing something compared to previous seasons.
pretty good series
I like how willing they are to at least try to do some interesting things ![]()
…really havin’ twisted and weird entertaining moments with plur1bus…
metalevel scifi…
yah Pluribus is pretty epic, watched all the 3.
usually terrible at watching tv shows and have super hard time following through more than a few episodes of anything… been like a decade since i really liked anything this much ![]()
Severance was a cool idea at first, but it kinda did seem a bit lackluster in the end.
I thought the first episode of Pluribus was absolutely killer, and while the second episode was good, it kind of did a different, less suspense/horrory thing than the first and I was less into it. I’m still onboard though! The emotionally damaged american lesbian protagonist who cannot get along with anyone else is a compelling idea in the context of the premise.
the Iris affair - series 1 ended… i liked the series… unsure if season2 will get made.
Landman - Series 2 of the oil business drama - just to warn people of the horrendous country music they torture the audience with… i wish there was a music-less version… its quite painful to listen to. it’d be worse if i paid for whatever channel its on.
The Mayor of kingstown - drug / prison / gang thing … its well made … its mostly drone shots of steel factories with a bit of drama mixed in…
DMV - not terrible… lightweight comedy with the woman from ‘colin from accounts’ and one of the guys from Peacemaker.
Malice - it might be good but its got jack whitehall in it (uk comedian who’s not funny… but he’s posh which can get you a long way in uk tv ) . David Duchovny also in it.
IT - welcome to derry - still fun with some nice horror fx .
if i got a job i’d watch less… if theres a way to get paid for tv sign me up… being a tv critic doesnt seem too hard though its hardly a career.
