I have Windows and I can’t upgrade the OS my Digitone Keys because the Transfer program won’t allow me to drag and drop the correct sys ex file. The File box lights up and says “Ready to Drop!” And when I release the file in the box it doesn’t show up. It is properly connected to my Digitone Keys.
