Nice Sheffield Bleep vibes, I like it!
I love house, never been able to make something remotely reasonable.
Sometimes I start but then I always turn op the BPM and end up with either hardcore or hardtechno ![]()
Will try to put some stuff together though, after hopefully making something for the hip hop battle
Great stuff - especially love the first one.
Here are two recent ones of mine - on the more chunkier side of the house spectrum
first stab at a track after a long time away from writing things. throwback on the Balearic tip
all hardware – digitone, alpha juno, MPC, couple of RE-303s, RD-9, pipes, sequenced by deluge
I hope I’m not polluting the thread ![]()
Here’s some house-ish tracks I’ve made over the years. Maybe they dont count… forgive me, I don’t know much! Too slow, too weird, too flabby. Too… crap?!
Made for a bi-weekly sample thing here a few years ago. All Ableton & Serato Sample:
A beat battle thingy from another forum years ago. No votes
Ableton, Machine and slammed through the 404SX compressor (sorry):
Ableton, Maschine, MicroBrute, 404SX compressor (sorry again) circa 2018:
Remix for a mate. I think that’s an Enya sample
“Wroah (3am everything’s going to be ok remix)”:
Collab with a mate. Ableton and a borrowed Minilogue (2017ish):
Ableton, SP-16, 404SX 2020-ish “Slow mo lo-fi deep house genre reprise (like a cvnt)”:
Moving on…
one from yesterday/today
This is my home basically, seems like whatever I listen to has a house underpinning. This is an experiment I made in summer when I rage deleted all my plugins and just used stock Ableton stuff for sound generation, and samples for drums. I did eventually put some mix and master plugins on there to help when I reached the end of my limited talent (before I inevitably re-installed everything again later on in the year.)
It’s a summery track, made in summer—so perfect for winter then!
Echoing this - massive inspiration from this thread to finish tracks. Thanks everyone for posting hopefully can join in soon.
Welcome home @holonology! Kinda reminds me of Fred Falke! Also great stuff @chrisroland, @looms and as always @Area_808
@az please post videos that can be embedded here those look like shorts based off how the link looks!
Can’t wait to hear what you bring @Jedilicious @Hans_Olo and @samtbd! ![]()
Old snippets.
Another DAW fest here (though I think this actually started out on Move), maybe with a darker tinge than the last one. But still roughly in the same ballpark. Had a play with some beat repeat stuff on this one.
Yes! I love this thread! I have a bunch of jams scattered through out the forum but I just tried something different and wanted to post it here.
I tried to go old school and make this one from recycled loops from my record collection. Think Frankie Bones Ghetto Technics. So I sampled the tracks of others into the DJS1000 and just jammed away.
I think this is how old school producers used to do it?
No sample packs, just sampled records cut up. I need to practice to get better at it
We may be few in this forum, but what we lack in numbers we make up for in talent! we are GOOD! - Dayum!
Solid solid solid stuff @djadonis206 bringing the old-school raw vibes, @tubefund the deep vibes, @kokosnuss the disco vibes, and @holonology with the modern vibes
YES! ![]()
Here’s another one from me, released in 2023:
YES!!!
This is hella good!
Nice! One of the things that got me into electronic music (or back into it) in the 00s was this band Friendly Fires. They did these deep house mixtapes and I really really loved those things. Kinda opened my eyes. I’m thinking I’d like to at least do a couple jams in that style. Normally I end up reverting to my style but that classic deep stuff, yeah I really fancy a go at that.
Wow, really nice sounds. What a breath of fresh air to hear this vibe on the forum ![]()

Me? I am always making new stuff ![]()
I’m a massive house head. Don’t have anything finished to show, but these are some sketches collected from the “Current sounds”-threads:
