this was my first thought, but I think you can get the same thing without Teenage Engineering written on for less than 2/3rds the price IIRC… definitely saw a youtube video of someone using a very similar device…

Looks amazing. Re-enforces the idea that they are design company - they make products with a purpose and audience in mind, and price accordingly.

Not too bad a markup for a te product.

The gakken one it copies is about £120 so that’s a fair price I say

If it is the same thing it could just be a re-brand with a small markup.
