finding that my manually programmed velocity value settings per trigger commonly get wiped. very annoying. ep-133 is running a beta build tbh. hope it gets fixed quick. i dont have experience with TE so idk what to expect but if it stay like this for long it will be super sad.

How loud should the speaker be? Mine was broken on arrival, I fixed it last night by tightening the screws. It got the speaker working which is great, but the max volume on it was lower than I was expecting. Not a big deal really, was just curious.

mine goes pretty loud but it gets quite distorted when turned up.
Amazon U.S. has it back in stock with delivery next week. Sold by Teenage Engineering. Maybe they got a second batch in with good faders😄.

cant remember where i saw it but i saw someone say that they plop a 9v battery on the pad as a quick workaround, may not work with the angle tho

I get the impression 133 is more mpc then sp. Ive not played much with either so its hard for me to say, but watching lots of sampler videos to get a better idea of a workflow it certainly seems mpcish. I always wanted a classic MPC(the new line seems like its own thing) the 133 is totally scratching that itch. I am also curious to hear from MPC users how it compares.

Mine arrived from this sneakerstore as well (awful customer experience btw) and since my karma level seems a bit low currently, i was absolutely prepared for a DOA product. But everything works, no scratches on the screen etc 
Now i gonna put a tiny bit of silicone spray to pots/fader and carefully attach the caps…
In regards to the lego asthetic, i think we can be lucky that everything is printed on the surface and not a sticker set like in so many (expensive!) lego sets

Hi all,
I am having Midi din issues. USB MIDI seems fine. But I want to use the KO in dawless setup. The keypad on ko plays out to my synth if connected directly but if I try with 4 way midi splitter nothing, which is crazy. Also the midi in is dead. Nothing I tried, and hours with many type a or b connectors and no response. Using address 1 for the KO, midi channel 2 out. I would try a factory reset but I would hate to lose my first project and then reload the samples. Anybody thoughts or see same issues?
What do you mean with “midi splitter”?
I suggest to cut the little connection of the fader with a wire cutter if you find it is hard to fit, see few posts above for images

When the EP133 gets SYSEX support, absolutely! 
How about a small weight of some kind? Hit the sample button, then place the weight on the pad of choice, play your music, take the weight off again and trim sample to size.

I ordered two weeks ago on release day and I finally received shipping notification today (from US warehouse though).
I also order from guitar center and got that in about week.
