Before anyone spends their $$$ - Just a reminder that PSP plugins crash constantly on Silicone Macs and have not been updated barely at all in years. The support is also terrible.
These were once classics, but I would suggest passing unless you know for sure that they will run reliably on your system.
I use them on every project on a Mac Studio with Ableton Live, and I have no issues.
The only crashes I’ve experienced in Ableton Live were with the VST3 version of some plugins. This is a known issue, but as far as I know, it only affects Ableton Live and certain VST3 versions.
They update their plugins constantly, and in my experience, their support is very friendly and reliable. Most plugins received a major update around mid-2024, featuring a UI overhaul and new features that meet modern standards—all free of charge.
In my opinion, they are among the best-sounding plugins on the market today. Most have zero latency, making them ideal for tracking and live use.
It seems they don’t invest much in marketing and influencers, unlike many competitors these days.
That said, they offer trial versions for all their plugins, so you can test them yourself.
I LOVE this plugin, bought it immediately, its absolute killer feature is using Sidechain input as the FM modulation source. It makes semi-native FM in Renoise between samples possible. Minimal Audio are very good, ive got all their plugins.
Wonder how long it takes to get a verification of yes or no when you sign up.
It’s only free for 3030 ‘people’ – it’s a chance, not a guarantee. Did it anyway even though I hate those ‘I hope they keep their word’ deals.
Not sure about IK myself because the installer bloat, but there’s some hubbub on r/audioproductiondeals about possible error that is still up for T-RackS 6 Max for $30 on musiciansfriend and guitarcenter. Might be US only…?
Edit: its back to 99.99. Turned out to be a mistake, some made off like thieves though
