I think it’a less about war and more about pulverizing all of our senses to make us numb so we don’t have to feel whatever we’re feeling about it.

I usually make and listen to beautiful alternating melancholic and hopeful melodic music but my first thoughts to get through the day were things like Gabber. My old friend Jason Snell (Bombardier) comes to mind.

Edit: this is old… I have a picture of his setup in my head from back then in Iowa City in his apartment. I want to say, original Bass Station and some Akai or Boss drum machine of some sort. I didn’t know what I was looking at back then though so I’m using the photograph in my memory with what I know now :joy:

Looking forward to catching up on tune posted by others.

At the moment, I’m practicing both parts to this little duet on Geoshred using two of the new GeoSWAM instruments, so it’s pretty much taking me through this evening.
