Me and some college buddies doing some rocknroll a long time ago. Kinda surprised it’s still there. That’s me on bass…
Just played it back/back, great description - loads of fun, a real mood enhancer!
The number of monthly plays is bloody criminal, deserves way better.
Will Oldham/Tom Waits -ish, not not really!;)…
My old band - times have changed
This is a rap cover of the song of the project “Blue Chestnuts” by Kuzma Scriabin (a Ukrainian musician whose murder was ordered by the previous political regime in Ukraine). This song is about the fact that you shouldn’t compare corruption with the hybrid form of slavery that reigns in our country!
Super classe, bravo!
Merci!
back to it; for fans of jangly indie guitar with classic drum machines (and nostalgia)
I feel like I’m there. Watching this late at night from Louisville, KY.
Glad to hear it was captured correctly!
Duo post-metal or space rock or something.
Instrumental intersections of post-rock, experimental, ambient, psychedelia, electronica, art-rock. Octatrack and Analog Keys contribute, along with a bunch of other instruments.
Album released a couple of days ago.
Here’s my first solo rock track in many years! I am finishing up a whole, lord preserve me, album. For the nerds, which I guess is all of you: Nord Electro, HX Stomp, Superior Drummer 3, and lots of Soundtoys plugins. Tracked in Reaper.
I love Olson, it’s such a beautiful piece. I hope someday to write something so emotional in so few notes. I think you did it justice. It’s a great fit for an intimate sounding piano.
Hi fellow Elektronauts,
I’d like to share the first video of my main non-electronic project: Doom Generator.
Dizzyn’ alternative rock from Italy, as we like to say.
Eraserhead, our debut single, is a lightning-fast blend of stoner, grunge and hard rock.
As you might have guessed, its name is a small tribute to the cult movie directed by David Lynch. I chose the name well before to write the lyrics, not for a conceptual reason, but because the aggressive main riff reminded me some emotions evoked by the very film.
Despite this, the lyrics tell a different story and try to carry the listener somewhere else, fitting coherently with the arrangements.
After the song was completed, we embraced this serendipitous idea and made a video partly inspired by the vibe of the original movie.
For the guitar enthusiast between us, you can spot a gorgeous Les Paul Gold Top from the late sixties (especially during the solo) straight into a Mezzabarba Overdrive amp.
Thanks for listening!
Here’s an acoustic piece I wrote and performed for my dad. Apologies in advance for the extra noise and my nose squeeking! The recording is from the live performance (when I played it for him).
Sweet song and very nice playing, indeed.
Kudos to you Gino.
