Sorry i was pretty sure i reconize This famous lead, joyrex is right i was talking about about Future sound of london.

It sure it is

This is the same pattern, but only Syntakt:

(That’s how it started out, before I’ve decided to layer things with the DTII.)

and by the way , it’s very ok for me to use samples of past famous songs with a sampler , look at daft punk discography if you don’t know what i’m talking about

Yeah, I love techno and gabber, and that is full with sampling from other genres, and even colleague artists (often the next Thunderdome CD was full with samples from the previous Thunderdome CD)

But in my industrial music, I have a different approach. And personally I find that fsol song pretty lame (but that’s also true for a ton of industrial music)
I completely missed out on that era in electronic music, at that point I was primarily listening to metal

this song is pretty unique in the entire fsol discography , i rekon it’s the worst and also the most famous, the rest of the discography is mythical and worth listenig in my opinion.

Cross post from Current Sounds thread:

Finally got to try out my Digitakt II for the first time. This is just the DTII. Some of the drums are from built-in kits, some are mine. All are heavily tweaked. All one shots, no loops. Absolutely LOVE the DTII!! It’s so much fun to use, and has a perfect set of features for my use.

I kind of want to make an EP sound on the Super Gemini and add some funky chords in or something. But for that, I have to have the, in the same room.

This track is inspired by an Adam F track that was also used in a PC Scene Demo by Calodox called 98 Seconds. I wanted to see if I could whip up something like it last night in bed.

I’ll post a link to the demo below.

Here’s the demo that inspired the loop.

I very much remember this one. Probably a year or so after I started exploring this genre of music and I think I found it on a couple different compilations records. I’ll have to look it up to see which ones… Nice throwback for me! Thank you :beers:

Hey, I just played my first gig with the digitakt 2 down in Chigasaki (about an hour south from Tokyo). I also had a case with some modular gear in it for transition fix. All the sounds in the digitakt were recorded at my studio with the re-909, Vermona performer, Avalon, modular, rytm, and a little perkons and pulsar 23. For the first time playing out with the digitakt, I thought it went pretty ok and was even more assurance that the digitakt 2 is a keeper.

Here’s a link to the recording if anyone is interested: https://on.soundcloud.com/kkDNm7Q7AZCmvcVj8

Trio of dub techno tracks I made for a forum sample pack challenge. First three things I’ve done with the DT2

Was just putting together a quick sketch arrangement in song mode for a jungle pattern, in order to listen for where I’d add dynamics and fills,

This thing is just a blast to work with, and the sound design features offer so much more than DT1…(working from basic wavetables, amen, and a couple simple vocal samples…)
