anyone know what the last known rtym os working with SDS drop is? yes SDS drop only works with the MK1, i know. i just want to know what the last known operating system to work with it is. its kind of essential to have this program to work efficiently with samples. cant believe elektron still havenāt incorporated this simple feature into OB how useless can you get?
Have you had a browse through the SDS Drop thread? I see youāve posted in there; too much noise / no clear answer to your question I presume?

With OSv1.45B Elektron made a number of changes; hence the potential failure point / why SDS may not work?
PS: I donāt have SDS drop; so um; Iām just talking shite as usual.

AND octaedit??! why the fuck havenāt they put you on the payroll? and STILL no efficient way to handle samples and file management, half baked products but release another tiny drum machine that no one gives a fuck aboutā¦ brilliant strategy ā¦ ah yeah no clear answer and theres just way too many posts. ill have to roll back the os on my AR-MK1 but i donāt know which one.
ah ok, wasnāt sure if you and void where the same person. maybe you are? this is the internet and its a VERY strange place. i have seen things you wouldnāt believeā¦ void has gone void so im not sure if there will ever be an update to SDS. would still be nice to know what OS to use though because i know after a certain number it doesnāt work.

i have an MK2 as well but i think im going to sell it and buy another MK1 just so i can manage samples easier. they are buggy AF anyway, its in the shop now getting repaired because it has the REC button bug. my MK1 is also in the shop because of a VR ram bug. elektron are starting to piss me off a bit. i just want a working rig to play music on. two ARās and two octatracks was a lot of fun when they where actually all working properly. eegghh. ah ok void is just (possibly) enjoying life and not coding stuff for people in a dark room somewhere ā¦

Formated the +drive, erased all sample slots. Updated firmware (1.46b2)

SDS Drop did not work for me at all with an mk2 unit. I am seeing now that this is a known problem, but why not jpenca at least show a warning on this on the app store page?
I appreciate the effort put into the app, and understand that there are technical limitations that might make the app impossible to work, but honestly, I just feel scammed because I was not warned properly of this 
I got a refund from App Store, but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Are anyone working with sds drop, RYTM MKI os 1.60A, and macosx 10.13 High Sierra?
I have the āno free sample slotā problem.
I already format my disk (samples and projects)
I have the RYTM like new, totally empty and the problem is still there.
tha pads works when i push them in my desktop, but ā¦i canāt transfer samples.
any idea??

If you want to use SDS Drop you need to be on RYTM OS 1.30, which is very old. The new OSās are no longer supported and the app has been abandoned.

There is any chance to have an upgrade for sds to work with the new firmware?? I have buyed sds and also strom and canāt use them, have I lose my money?
I would strongly suggest you get a refund. The original author has been AWOL for a very long time.

Does anyone know of any apps which allow simple (and quicker) sample uploads to the AR MK 1? I have SDS Drop but have not used it in a long time, and looks like it is no longer supported
