Saving samples - audio pool vs project

The manual is failing me here, how do I save newly created samples to the audio folder and not the project folder?

Edit - Under personalize!

Best way to keep your AUDIO folder tidy

Sorry for resurrecting this zombie topic, but hey - give me credit for not creating a new one!

I have the OT set to save samples to the project as opposed to the Audio Pool. After reading this thread, I am going to change this behavior and just save to the Pool and collect samples per project - thanks for the tip on this).

I would like to put these into a folder structure for easier reuse in future projects. Would the best way to do this be to just go into USB disk mode and make copies of the samples and put them into the appropriate folders in the Audio folder? I would like to save the sample settings that I spent a good deal of time on (manually slicing in particular) and to my understanding, this is stored in the.OT file. Where do I put that so that when I load the sample in a future project, it has all of the edits / slice markers etc. ready to use?
