Yeah. It’ll be months before I’m able to buy unless I sell things I value (I’m not doing that). Plenty of time to get a feel for if it’s actually worth $2500usd to me. As discussed in some other threads, the expense of this hobby has kind of warped my perception of the value of both money and goods, and it’s always helpful to step back and analyze the decision rationally. If I’m still jonesing in the new year after seeing its real-world use, it’s probably worth actually purchasing.

Haha I’m the opposite. It feels very confusing to have invisible automation. Especially when you’re trying to write a melody and you want to experiment with the rhythm
Shift scroll speeds up the flow considerable. So does use the dedicated ctrl button to map the knob.

In the last month I sold my Syntakt, TR8s and Akai Force for a total of 1900€ which ironically (or sadly) is not gonna cut it, if the prices are those that have been speculated
