I’m just using patterns as patches, and sequence it externally. Not sure what the solution is for someone who wants to sequence from the device itself though. There might be something - I haven’t investigated/ deciphered like half of the Roland menu glyphs.

Nice, Sabrettes too!! Had the Blue album on…blue vinyl. God, I sold so much vinyl I regret!!! Had the Secret Knowledge 12’s
All I have left now is a Vegagod white label and Technova Tantric. I miss them all!

I’ve got just about every Sabres of paradise and Two lone swordsmen release and remixes on vinyl.

I looked at trying to buy back some of the Two Lone Swordsman vinyl I sold, would need to win the lottery to be able to justify it…

I sold all my Aphex twin & carl craig vinyl on ebay years back as it was getting good money at the time, and like you I regret that.

TRS cables send an unbalanced stereo signal or a balanced mono signal, so if you’re plugging it into a mono input, you will only hear one side.

I’ve never used one of these before but from the description it says that it sums a stereo signal into mono, so it should do the trick:

Ah I have one of those but it’s too short. I need like 9 feet.
You think this

To this (in S-1 out)

Wouldn’t work?

Should. But you get just one side (not a huge problem on this synth I guess, on the reverb is stereo no?)

Something like this should work, of you want to retain your stereo signal:

My Thonk order arrived. Very happy with these:

Looking good! Is it just better for the aesthetic or do they feel better as well?

The detail you can get out of a pot is proportional to the radius of its knob. And when you’re talking this small, every little bit helps.

But mostly it’s better grip, better visibility, and being able to actually see where the etched line is pointing.

Awesome! How much did they cost to get shipped to the states?

It was around $8–9. They also have a cheaper option thats $4–5ish, is slower, and has no tracking.

The no tracking makes me nervous, so I usually save up a big order and get, like, 40 knobs at a time to make the more expensive shipping feel worth it.

Awesome! Thank you, yeah I guess I’ll do the same for my aira boxes!

Here’s a little example of the random LFO while playing with an arpeggio.
Real bubbly!

It’s normalized by the H2n because I recorded a little quiet.
I was going to record some of my usual YouTube wankery, but my apple camera connector kit is died. :skull_and_crossbones:

What a good little synth. I’m quite pleased with it.

By the way, I just noticed there’s an update for the S-1 to version 1.02.
To check your version, while it’s off hold the STEP button and turn on the power.
Mine shipped as 1.01.

I like these better than the Belco I think (Belco is local and ships for cheaper in Germany)… thĆ© have a grip and a notch on the whole height for position.

To be sure, would you share a link of the specific knobs you’ve got?
