Can’t say I’ve spent any time looking at and bemoaning the Pulsar-23 power supply. It’s a two-pin jobby so I have it connected to my power tower (10 input vertical adaptor) via a black two pin to three pin adaptor. Which is underneath my raft of a desk. Too busy having the time of my life with the unit to consider my feelings towards the power supply.
