Out of curiosity - is this also possible on other Elektron devices, or has this only been implemented on the Digitakt for the first time?

It’s not on the OT, MM or MD. But it is on the Models.

Can I just say this post by ‘plus one’ has made my day! thank you so much, im sure its in the manual, but I’ve really struggled with copying and pasting patterns (my fault, not elektrons)
Going to keep practicing it and write in down in front of my machine!!
Will the Octatrack ever get this ability (i.e. to paste from the active pattern to another inactive pattern before activating it?)
