Parameter units in Hz, seconds etc

Is there a way to know what the 0 to 127 or -64 to 63 values mean in common units?

Read the forum? If not, and you can’t compare by ear, then it’s possible to make some measurements yourself.

Does anyone know the corresponding frequencies to the filter freq values? Kind of odd a synth this digitally fancy doesn’t have an option to display Hz (or does it?). Thanks. I’m not hooked up to a DAW at the moment, so I cannot use external software to find this myself.

Advanced Delay Time Cheat-Sheet

I did some math on the delay times and how they relate to measures, metrics and rhythm… also helps which numbers could be useful etc… I don’t know if I did any mistakes (I’m unsure about the parameter-range since I’m not with my A4 right now). So hey uhmm… I will now embark on an endeavor to map out the times for modulator values, that is, the length in milliseconds for stuff like envelope phases… some of them (LFO speed… ) are tempo-synced, others like envelope shapes are not… my idea is to generate test tones being effected by the modulators, record them and measure number of samples… UNLESS someone has already done this and is willing to share results, or has a better idea (?) why? because computer must know analog four contr…

AMP ENV lengths / override?

Hello, i’m exploring the AMP envelope at the moment and can’t exactly achieve what I’m looking for. First of all I have to say I’m quite puzzled with the choice Elektron made when it comes to the length of the parameters of Amp envelope. Why the longest settings (for example ATK set to 127) take 95 steps? Same with the others. Longest DEC you can set goes for 95 steps. Wonder why it’s not somehow synchronized to the sequencer or at least there is no possibility to do so. For example the setti…
