Overbridge 2.0 VST In Ableton does not recognize Digitakt

Well I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried just about every folder I can in order to get my DT to show up in Ableton Live 10. For some reason, while OB works in standalone mode and my VST plugin will start in Abelton Live 10, the VST cannot find OB or the Digitakt or something…

Screenshots here:

WHYYYYYYYY. I have searched a few threads here, some people have the same issues which they solve by dropping the Digitakt.dll into whatever their custom plugin folder is, etc. I have tried this with the 32 and 64 bit drivers but nothing seems to get the VST to communicate with OB. I also have tried unchecking that auto-select box but my DT doesn’t populate the list in either setting.

Can anybody help? Thank you in advance!

Try running Live as admin. Right-click on the live icon and select ‘Run as administrator’…

I think this may have solved the issue, I ran both OB and Live 10 as an administrator and re-copied the .DLLs for everything into my custom plugin folder.

Thanks, Araz!
