Bad encoder

Encoders and buttons are covered by the warranty. As long as they have not been destroyed by extensive force, very excessive use, liquid or something similar the encoders is covered for 3 years in normal use and common sense. If a retailer tells otherwise since they have their rules, you are welcome to deal with us directly. /Olle
