Infact to me happened 3 years ago....then I got warranty replacement. Now, since 4/5 months, I've found another two encoders with this behavior....And this time would cost me quite a bit....
I wonder if they can be replaced for the new style pots that are supposed to be more rigid? Thought that they mentioned that the Digitakt ones are going to be solid in comparison to the old boxes.
I fixed a "same" problem on my OTI had one encoder that not respond Skiping numbers etcA friend took of the cover and under the knob clean de optic track with alcool thats allworks like a charm sincethe knobs are very easy to remove. You have to act slowly for all piecesI think this is very easy and saving me to send it
