encoder D has a strange behaviour : sometimes the push and turn acts like it should. I do it again and it doesn’t, it acts like it is not pushed. first the mini keyboard level problem and now this ! on a 1200 euros machines ! WTF elektron ?

exactly the same what happened to my encoder A… and its not part of the guarantee. so, yes, that sucks! specially because i bought it from a reseller…
Encoders and buttons are covered by the warranty.
As long as they have not been destroyed by extensive force, very excessive use, liquid or something similar the encoders is covered for 3 years in normal use and common sense.
If a retailer tells otherwise since they have their rules, you are welcome to deal with us directly.
