I have a model cycles which has the factory presets missing. I did a factory reset, but it didn´t help. Another problem is, if I want to transfer presets via the transfer software it doesn´t work neither. And if I want to save own presets directly to the device, it doesn’t work neither, too. Display on the cycles looks like this:

If you are able to enter the startup menu, it suggests the device is partially working. What firmware version does it have ? Is the device powering on into a usable state, leaving aside missing presets etc ?
It’d be helpful to clarify, the view you present is suggesting storage issues, but i note there’s no test mode within the startup menu
Looks like something to create a support ticket for in any case

Model Cycles is OS1.13, Transfer is 1.9.5. , computer is Mac OS 15.6. Everything else seems to work. I have the factory patterns, I can save new patterns and I can transfer them, but the presets don’t exist/work.
I already have a support ticket since yesterday, but not much has happened yet.
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen that before on the forum … let me take a look

Elektron User service was really great. It them took under a week to fix the problem including transportation from Germany to Sweden vv…
