Hi everyone!
Just got my MC and there is no Factory sounds when I press FUNC- Preset Menu.
It shows a blank screen with 000/-01.
I tried factory reset, nothing changed.
What can I do?

Thank you my friend but I already read the manual and like I said I did a factory reset. It was of no help… 
So, to clarify, you press func + machine (=preset menu), turn level/data to factory, press level/data, and that’s when you see 000/-01 ?

Did you just upgrade to 1.13 ? Maybe a partially complete (or otherwise faulty) upgrade caused the problem? Is this a new machine or second hand ?
Whatever, with a screen that looks like that (and the odd behaviour of the data wheel), most likely your situation is unique and anyone here is guessing. I would say it’s time to contact elektron support.
EDIT: The cycles manual section 12.6 has info on the options for upgrade. They may work for downgrade or a repeat install of 1.13.
It’s a new machine, just got it.
Everything seems to work well, except the factory sounds.
In order to dpwngrade I need the o.s.1.12 file. Anyone can provide that to me?

I have exactly the same problem.
It’s a New machine too.
All work well but not the preset menu.

Brand new machine that doesn’t work - got to be an issue you report to elektron to get fixed under warranty.
I bought it from Thomann and waited two months to get it.
it is not available in stock. I’m afraid I’ll have to wait a very long time to receive a new one.
I hope find another way to fix this problem
I’m sure Elektron support will help you with the file if you haven’t reached out already.
