Classic analog juice with a bit of supersaw goodness.
Mmm!
Classic analog juice with a bit of supersaw goodness.
Mmm!
and they sound good
omg … who remembers this song …
(2x swarm + 1x chord for the stab, needs more tweaking. the rest is syntakt, too.)
-> final version, video:
Lords of Acid? Rings a strong bell but can’t quite place it…
So, after some a bit trashy gabber attempts above, this is a bit more creative and cool. The 2nd hoover riff (with the glissando) is a place holder (needz to be bettah).
Stab = 2x Swarm + Sy Bits
Hoover = Swarm
Kick = Raw
Eventually I came ot agree that an innovative 909ish cymbal and hihat machine (not samples) is somewhat missing the most …
I like Machinedrum’s, would love to see them back
1000000000000000000000000000000% agree
The cover nobody wanted but everybody deserved: Anasthasia
pads = 4x swarm
stab: sy chord (“low strings”) + sy swarm (“brass”) + 2x sy swarm (choir)
snare = sy tone
beep motif/lead = sy bits
zaps = bd modern
“bass guitar” = sy tone (picking) + sy raw (low end)
tambourine = ut noise with resonant filter
hihat = default analog hihat machine
kick = bd classic
amazin!
Tutorial on RAW - make a (small) kit using 3 tracks of RAW. ACID style bass. walkthru and then starts from scratch.
swarm le thicc
improved:
wow
btw., Swarm does amazing strings.
However, I think I was replaced by a Fembot @.@
Edit: Improved version. For this kind of string arrangement, a soft ‘attack’ is more plausible, and thus it sounds a lot more realistic here:
Is that entirely syntakt?! If so, wow!
thhxxxxxx, everything i’ve posted into this thread is a direct audio capture from the syntakt
raw = kicks & acid heaven
(i need to connect my launchkey to keep control over the filter when unmuting stuff …)
Really wished and first thought swarm would be a chord osc. A bit of a missed opportunity i feel. But awesome anyway.
Would have resulted in some really ”porky” chords, as we say in sweden
Hopefully you can do chords by choosing 3 or more tracks and picking the right notes.
But yeah, can’t wait for a proper DN-like chord mode, though.
