MPC Thread : MPC Live - MPC X - MPC One (Part 3)

Think I read somewhere Reverb Pro is in the works??

I’m sure there are a lot of similarities with Live’s Echo, but Delay Pro seems to have more up it’s sleeve to me; I think the UI might have a lot to do with it too.
The Env follower, the Mod section, the Auto Clear function, the Resonance section, the Build Up control; combined with what you’d normally expect from a delay, all add up to a great Delay plugin.

Same

Do you have the Jura Chorus?

I’m a bit hesitant about getting it, or if I should just stick to the stock Air Chorus which already sounds good to me. I already have Jura as well… hmmm

Was it this screenshot?

A couple months ago one of the influencers mentioned that he was using it and some other already released stuff and tried to play it off like it was a mistake… he mean’t the regular reverb… but he didn’t fool me!!

I remember that, but can’t remember who it was, but I think it was Tefty or The Midlife Synthesis.

It was the latter.

He bangs out so much quality I find it hard to keep up.

My fav mpc channel for sure. Pure gold

Exactly & that’s why I stay sharing his videos & most of his info still applies to the Force & just mixing/mastering in general. Conan=Gold

It is nice but not a must-have … the multi-chorus is good enough

I have it, but I hardly ever use it tbh.
If I’m using Jura, it’s already got the Chorus section built in.

If I’m in Ableton, I have Roland’s Juno Chorus plugin and Arturia’s Jun 6 Chorus plugin that I’ll use before I’d use the Air version; no judgement of the quality, it’s just that Roland Cloud and Arturia V and FX Collections are a couple of my go to collections (Fabfilter, Soundtoys, Valhalla, UA and Bleass are the others).

Between all the stuff on the mpc now and a studio full of synth’s… Well four… there is a lot on the mpc I feel like I barely use… I feel bad but they’re is just so much… and honestly I want to sample records, that was why I got into this early on and my real passion… synth’s are so much easier though…lol

It’s messed someone broke into him home & stole some of gear like his MPC3000. Luckily Gofundme exists & he was able to get the 3k used in the video you posted.

Not does he offer interesting discussions, he also represents the essence of what real Hip-Hop sampling beat making is about which is taking little bits of from whatever & making something new & funky!

Like this where he sampled someone running thru water.
