Strange one this isn’t it. I’d be hoping for functionality as experimental as the layout, but they’re not really hinting at it in the description. One of the Reaktor guys is involved. Kudos I guess for such ballsy design choices on what is apparently a pretty high end device. Not expecting it to be for me with the huge touchscreen, but am intrigued what it can do

I like the abstraction with the design, seems like it could be pretty open to software redesign / redirection.

For the ultimate in abstraction i think of the synths from Destiny Plus ( thread )

The main interface seems interesting , a 6x6 sample grid , each has the triggers around the edge of its graphic box.

Did anyone go to their artist meet-up over the weekend … any feedback ( assuming it’s not nda restricted)

The workflow is perhaps not yet optimally intuitive. It seems a little cumbersome and confusing to me.

Huge sample memory
Touch screen
Lots of track
Hope high synthesis on board and quality effects
Can’t wait for it
Still use Emu command station xl7, love my grooveboxs

Seeing the border of buttons on the device makes me want to groan lol.

Im sure people will get some mileage out of this- but goodness, thats a road trip i dont want any part of

That Sonicstate video is legendary, this could have been so awkward but the space man was really nice and Nick eventually made contact. I can’t bash this in any sense, just make sure you’re that special person the device is for. It really seems like priorities are “have a fun trip” rather than efficiency and ease of use (as evidenced by the hard to follow but awesome button layout). Gotta love it!
