I’d like to take this opportunity to share my feelings about touch screens, a common “-in-a-box” feature, which personally trigger me because of the at-least-half-dozen “universal remotes” my father bought (from an asshat who called himself Dr Video) in the 90s/00s, all of which had touchscreens and were absolute pieces of shit you had to learn to use but which would invariably fuck everything up. Which is to say, fuck all the modern MPCs and and Force and the little 1010 bastards too, they might be great but I will never, ever know.
