Outstanding work! Just grabbed the patches and now begins the long wait at work until I can test-drive them. The XD is truly the synth that keeps giving.
Bought! Fantastic sounds! Highly recommended to anyone with an XD!
I have all 6 of your Deluge sets too, wonderful sounds.
Youāre very talented!
Absolutely the next synth you should do is the Minifreak.
Honestly, it is out of this world, the versatility of sound. Having 2 oscillators to stack, a ton of modulation, mod matrix, amazing FX, can modulate the FX parameters.
I have an idea, why not do a forum/website poll, allow people to vote on what synth you should do next. Add a tip jar/paypal, invite people to pay cost of a beer/coffee. You buy the synth that wins the poll.
Just praying it aint gonna be the Prophet 5
Thank you all for huge positive feedback! It took me three months of work to create thisā¦Iām a āmodmatrixā person and XD is sooo limited in terms of modulation
But somehow it was possible to create some nice BoC-like sounds. Mainly thanks to the third oscillator which turned out to be very versatile and fun to use.
I was planning to create my own ācustom oscillatorsā but in my opinion Korg messed up the whole idea: If youāre not a professional developer (with all this technical environment required) you can forget about creating any SDK file
So enjoy the sounds! The next one I think will be Mininova - I want to transfer the Circuit Patches (which I like very much) into this engine.
Cheers!

Does anyone know of a good comprehensive list of good user oscs for the xd? I completly lost track somehow. I have the mutable stuff loaded but the fusion one looks great. Would love to find something in the realm of noise Engineering.
Hereās some things I bookmarked when I was researching the XD before I got one. Some of already been posted in this thread, so sorry to others about that. Just trying to compile them together for @Monobear
Minilogue XD, NTS-1 and Prologue Plugins ā DirtBoxSynth
Hey, thanx. Found this as well. Pretty good
Tim Shoebridgeās oscillators are pretty good too. I really like the Vector synth and Digital Waves ones for getting that 80s hybrid digital/analogue vibe.

There is also a link at that site to his useful video on what to do if your computer doesnāt recognise the MinilogueXD when plugged in via USB.
The Unit Index menu at the top of screen has a comprehensive list divided by category.
Is it possible to have the current preset shown on the display at all times?
Thanks! Picked it up a few weeks ago. Love the sounds.
I love the chord mode for some quick techno and house pads, but I really miss a latch/hold mode for long chords. I can get by with a sustain pedal, but itās a real drag. With a keybed you can apparently hold a key down with a plectrum, but I have the moduleā¦
I am only getting mono output for some reason after all these time. Can anyone help me solve the issue? I checked my other synths, YouTube videos etc. everything is stereo. Until yesterday, it was all OK. This morning suddenly itās only mono outputā¦
Have you checked the cable? Sorry, I see you checked your other synths so if you used the same cable itās not that
This will sound crazy. But out of desperation, I just unplugged every single thing on my desk and restarted the PC, Audio interface, Minilogue XD etc. Itās working now. What kind of sorcery this is I donāt knowā¦
Is there a way to hold / latch a note on XD or OG keyboard version without it playing the arp? I remember there was a way on the OG, but I canāt remember exactly if/how this worked. Thinking about getting one for playing in the band that can just sit in the rehearsal room.
I donāt think there is a hold like that. People say you can do it with a pedal but I donāt have a pedal to test it.
Thanks, pedal would only be possible on XD as it needs CV, right? Are there cheap pedals to do this kind of thing?
I never had a pedal so I really donāt know. I am sure someone in this thread will chime in soon.
Sounds really nice, do you plan to do something like that for the OB6?
Otherwise I will have to spend three months trying to recreate them on it
Have it back and spent an hour noodling on arps or short sequences. Iām so glad the fun I had with it when I had no clue what the controls did is still there. In fact, itās a lot more fun now. Itās just one giant sweetspot. Itās core sound isnāt phat but it has just enough ingredients to make them sing without ever delving into mud.
The digital oscillator does ablotst of heavy lifting. Makes it a bit harder to understand the sounds of course compared to OG, but gives a lot more oomph and texture.
Only complaint so far that the LEDs anregst too bright in the dark. Maybe you can change the brightness somewhere, didnāt check the manual .
