I might have read about this issue with double triggering but I’m not sure if it was for DN2 specifically.
There’s a bug reports thread where you might have better luck getting some confirmation if other owners have had the same issue. You’d have to take a look at the posts to see what people have said. You can search within a single topic by using the “in this topic” part of the search bar.
My recommendation would be to test with another midi controller and check with a midi monitor to make sure the keystep is only sending the note once.
Make sure that your firmware is current and if the issue persists with other keyboards and not just the keystep and your firmware is current, I’d say it might be best to contact elektron support using the contact form in your account on the elektron.se website.
