Microphone to Digitakt FXs (mic to line level suggestions)

Do you people have any recommendatios as to how to achieve a line level from a mic in the simplest way?

Hei, any suggestions for portable microphone setup for using with Digitakt? Trying to skip the bulky mic preamp. I tried AKG C1000s and it works but recordings are noisy (not enough gain to drive the A/D chip in DT?). Thanks!

Can I record vocals straight into the Digitakt?

I’ve never worked with a microphone before and was wondering if recording from mic to Digitakt is as simple as plugging it into the back? If not, what are my options? Thanks
