I saw rob sonic when he was on tour with aesop rock. It might have been the sound system at the venue but I was dissapointed by how ace rizzle sounded live. I had such high hopes.
RIP eyedea (in addition to doing every song I wanted to hear, eyedea sat down on the edge of the stage and freestyled for 30 minutes when I saw him. fucking incredible)

as a Black MC not emcee or rapper, it broke my heart to hear my favorite MC of all time MC Melle Mel say that about Eminem because unlike rappers MCs have a responsibility to speak truth to power, Melle Mel knows that some bullshit!
